Delivery time

Products in stock will be shipped within 2 days.

Products on pre-order, with a delivery time of 3-4 weeks, will be confirmed by email after you ordered. If we are unable to deliver your order within 4 weeks, you can choose to cancel your order or decide to wait longer. You will be informed by email.

 

Shipping

Orders with destination in Belgium are usually delivered within two working days, destinations in Europe within seven days and the rest of the world within two weeks. Non-European orders can sometimes be delayed at customs. 
All shipments are sent with Bpost and with insurance. 

Catalog

The offers and prices are valid from the day when they are published on our online store and for the period mentioned in our catalogues and brochures. 
The product pictures on our sites are not actual size. Because your screen may have different settings, the displayed colors of the articles may differ from reality. In addition, the displayed colors between certain articles may differ because pictures are taken by various photographers. Please be advised that we work with natural semiprecious stones. Minimal differences in colour and form are always possible. Each stone is unique!

Right of withdrawal

Online orders can be returned within 14 days after delivery. Custom made jewelry however can not be returned. Therefore the right of withdrawal does not apply on customized pieces. If you want to return an item, please inform us via shop@rebelsandicons.be. We will contact you as soon as possible to inform you about the return procedure.

Prices

All prices are indicated in EURO. Unless otherwise specified, all fees such as shipping, VAT and packaging are included in the price. All listed prices are subject to printing or typing errors.
