Shipping cost

Belgium:

For orders up to €74 you pay €5 for shippings.

All orders from €75 are shipped for free inside Belgium. 

For sales or stock sales. You pay €5 for shippings, unless you order more than €150.

Delivery is usually within 2 days.

Europe: €5 for shipping. Free delivery from €200. Delivery is usual 7 days.

USA: €11 for shipping.

Free delivery from €300. Delivery is usual 14 days.

Worldwide: €24 for shipping. Free delivery from €400. Delivery is usual 14 days.

Non-European orders can sometimes be delayed at customs.

Returns

If you don't like the product you ordered, let us know, you can always send it back. Within the usual 14 days of course.

Give us a sign, ask us for a return label, we will do what's necessary.

Delivery time

Products in stock will be shipped within 2 days.

Products available on pre-order, with a delivery time of 3-4 weeks, will be confirmed by email after you ordered. If we are unable to deliver your order within 4 weeks, you can choose to cancel your order or decide to wait longer. You will be informed by email.

Products with special coatings like powder coating or ruthenium are not available to order. Read the description of the product for more information. Most items in silver or gold-plated are available to order.

All shipments are sent with Bpost and with insurance. As soon as the parcel leaves our workshop, we will send you an email with a tracking number. With this number you can follow your shipment online via https://track.bpost.be/btr/web/#/home?lang=en
