Double-strand Venetian chain necklace with layered visual depth. This statement necklace is designed and handmade in Antwerp by Atelier 11, named after Thomas Mann's literary masterpiece 'Death in Venice' (1912).
 
Venetian chain – also called box chain – is made of square links connected at their corners. Two strands of this classic chain type are layered at different lengths, creating movement and dimension as they drape across the collarbone.
